Obituary for Patsy Ann Kirby (Myers)

Patsy Ann Kirby, 76, left this Earth early Monday morning in the caring hands of Williamsport Nursing Home and Hospice of Washington County.
Born Sept. 19, 1941, in Waynesboro, Pa., she was the daughter of Edgar P. Myers and Enola Mort.
She had resided at Oak Ridge Apartments since 1986.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Kirby, in 2013. Her first husband, Robert E. Ankeney Sr., passed in 1980.
She was a member of Grace Brethren Church on Spruce Street in Hagerstown.
She was a member of the Owls, Moose, Eagles and AMVETS clubs.
She is survived by two sons, Robert E. Ankeney Jr. and his wife, Carole, and William F. Ankeney and his wife, Tonya; one granddaughter, Ashley Green; one grandson, Michael Allen Davis; one stepson, Shawn Kirby and his wife, Karen; one sister, Gloria Jean Thomas; three stepgrandchildren, Shaun Reedy, Cynthia Ray and Carin Handvlik; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Jacqueline Sue Ankeney Davis, in November 2001, and two sisters, Sandra L. Russel and Judy Clark.
A graveside service will be Friday, Feb. 23, at 11 a.m. at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21742
Arrangements are by Harman Funeral Home, Hagerstown.
