Obituary

Obituary for Gordon Glen Bresette Sr.

Gordon Glen Bresette, Sr., 79, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility, Kearneysville, WV.

Born April 16, 1939 in Michigan to the late John Peter and Rhoda Dorethy (Way) Bresette, Mr. Bresette served for 8 years in the U.S. Army, and worked for United Parcel Service as a truck driver for 45 years. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, boating, traveling and loved his wife very much.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Rosanna Cortez Bresette, of Falling Waters, WV, his children; Gordon G. Bresette, Jr. of St. Helen, MI, April Bresette of Goshen, IN, Doby Bresette of Elkhart, IN and Ron Blyly of South Bend, IN, as well as seven grandchildren and a brother, Allen Bresette of Indianapolis, IN.

Friends will be received at Harman Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac Street, Hagerstown on Friday, February 15, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Services and interment private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Rosanna Bresette in care of the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
